I was having a hard time locating one of these to finish a chenille project I had going. This is very comfortable to handle and works well cutting several layers. The different size attachments are great. Overall, I have found this very easy to use and comfortable for my hand. Gripping things can be a bit uncomfortable because of some arthritis in my hands and this one is easy enough to use that I don't experience immediate discomfort.

What I did learn is that the blade seems to dull faster than if you are just rotary cutting fabric
Bought this several months ago for a bucket-list project in my sewing room. I finally got around to using it this week. Now I wonder why I waited so long to try it! A couple of tips: Some of the patterns online suggest using 2 layers of fabric for the front and 2-3 for the chenille. I used 5 layers of flannel. If I make a chenille blanket again, I think 4 layers would be sufficient. The blade cuts very well, even with a light application of basting spray to hold the fabric layers together. I read some sewing tips that mention using a lot of basting spray makes it very hard to cut through the fabric. What I did learn is that the blade seems to dull faster than if you are just rotary cutting fabric. I thought at first it was too much basting spray but when I rotated the blade I was sliding through the fabric very quickly. The blade has numbers and lines (for the 1/2 marks). If it seems the blade is sticking, check the cutter for fuzz packed beneath the blade. I used tweezers to pull this out. When the blade becomes dull, it also "hangs" along a channel. Just loosen the screw, rotate the blade slightly, tighten the screw and you're ready to cut. The blanket I made started out with 42" squares of flannel. It took longer to sew the channels than it did to cut them. This tool is wonderful!
