The standard Model J-2 Residential garment steamer is recommended for home or light commercial usage with 1300 watts of steaming power. The J-2 is equipped with a plastic 1 gallon water bottle, no-drip check valve system, and 5 ½ foot flexible hose with a plastic steam head and handle. The J-2 garment steamer is equipped with an on/off switch which heats up in 1 minute.

Jiffy Steamer conducts 5 different tests on every steamer prior to shipping.  We have 4 unique electrical tests and an actual steam test.  Every steamer operates on our assembly line for several minutes to ensure that the unit runs properly.  You may notice traces of water in the bottom of your new steamer.  Rest assured that this is a sign of a quality test and that we have confidence the unit will give you years of dependable service.
