The machine arrived in perfect condition and worked right out of the box. I would have not known that this machine had been lightly used prior to purchase, if I had received it as a gift. This machine is fantastic! I looked for a good machine online for a long time and although I was debating getting the TL 2000, I'm glad I decided to go for this model instead. I love the ability to control the speed. It took me some getting used to, as it is much different than my computerized sewing machines but was a fun process all the same. If you're hesitant to purchase, don't be! I'm so glad I got this machine and don't know how I've lived without this long!

I love this machine. It is powerful, quiet, and responsive. The automatic thread cutters are amazing, and work instantly. The show model looked brand new, nicely packed in the box, all parts and accessories working and brand new looking. The machine worked perfectly right out of the box. I love how simple this machine is, yet how wonderfully it performs and works. The blind hemmer is one of the best I have ever used, nice tiny tight hem. Seriously, I can not think of a negative to say about this machine except I wish I knew about it years ago.
