Finally a product that does what it is advertised to do
I purchased a $3.000 Singer xl600 from a bad dealer who sold me an antiquated machine that never worked. I took a chance on the Brother PE 770 because a young friend had one that looked pretty simple and easy and produced outstanding embroidery. What a fan I am of this little machine. It is easy to use, light weight, transfers patterns off a thumb drive, the instruction manual is written clearly so it is easy to use. This machine is totally user friendly. One problem was the hoop kept popping off and when I called Brother they were right on it, very professional and glad to send me a new hoop. It works perfectly. The built in needle threader is awesome as soon as you catch on how to loop the thread through the #6 stage but the secret is using your left hand to slip it into the loop, its a little tight but once you catch on it is a very swift process. The needle is hard to get into the hole when replacing the needle and that is really the only complaint I have on this machine. Purchasing this product on Amazon was another plus. Be sure to check out the "Prime Account", for $79.00 I get free delivery and one day delivery for $3.00 on anything I order plus free streaming and movies etc. Opened the Amazon-Visa credit card and got $30.00 off my order. That sure is better than the dealer in East Lansing, Michigan who wanted to charge approximately $400 more and the Warranty plan was outrageous. I'm through with dealers. Amazon sure made my experience easy and I'll be loyal. Good job Brother and Amazon.

Love it!
I wanted an easy to use and dependable machine and was very happy to find that the Brother PE770 fit the bill perfectly. Especially for those who are new to machine embroidery, I highly recommend this machine. It's so much fun to use that my 12 year old grandson begs to "brand" his things with cool embroidery, and he learned to operate it like a pro in the very first sitting. I love my new "toy"!

Great machine so far.
This is my first embrodery machine but so far I am happy with it's performance. I still am trying to learn about stabalizers so that I won't get puckering.
