Absolutely love it! this is my first embroidery machine and it does amazing stitches. The manual is a little vague. I would have liked to have had a cd included with some detailed instructions.

Amazon has the best price for this machine! Trust me on this one. You will LOVE this machine. I was a little scared to buy this because I have NEVER embroidered before. Great machine
Purchased this as a Christmas present for my Lady. She loves to sew and is very good at it. Always wanted an embroidery machine so got her this one. It is very impressive (to ME, one that doesn't sew) on what it can do but as someone else said in the reviews, the instructions are not that good, and that is the reason for a 4 star instead of 5. As far as the way it runs and sews, it is a 5 and she loves it!!

What! NO Power? Don't Work? Crap
I received my embroidery machine in one week from ordering. I was so excited to see the UPS guy coming down our driveway. I open the box and plug it in. NOTHING worked. I read the book and I was in tears. I called my Girlfriend. She says bring it over right a way we will take it to a Brother sewing center. I did and we made if just before it closed. They couldn't get it to work either. THIS MACHINE HAS A 2 YEAR TOP TO BOTTOM WARRANTY so they said it will be gone for a week but when it comes back they will go through the whole machine and make sure that it is in TIP-TOP-SHAPE. OH my another week. OK I had time to clean out a place and get a sewing room set up. It was the best thing that I ever did. When I got it back it worked like a charm. There were parts missing that I didn't even know about. I really recommend having your machine checked out if it has any problem with it. I have been using it daily and it sews as good as the Big expensive machines. It has a big 5X7 sewing area which I have made all kinds of Christmas things. It is so much fun to watch. So in conclusion It was disappointing at first but it now runs like a dream. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS MACHINE. If that is all possible.
