Great machine. My first embroidery machine
Great machine. My first embroidery machine. So easy to use. I used the quilt design on a baby quilt and turned out amazing. I have saved money by not having to send them out to be quilted. In the long run this machine will pay for itself.

Love this machine! There is definitely a learning curve. Read the manual, watch YouTube videos for tips, and then create away.

I purchased my first embroidery machine 18 years ago. It was time to update. I am so glad I did! Glad I purchased through Amazon. Glad I purchased another Brother. Stitches beautifully. Brother customer service very helpful. Brother dealership is close for on hand questions. Amazon's price and customer service is the best.

Love it for Embroidery
Really love my machine. Very easy to learn. I did go threw a few needles but nothing to turn me away from the machine. The one thing I didn't realize when I purchased it, it does not sew at all. Of course I see on the description now it says Embroidery-only. (Not sure it said that when I bought it so I'm happy it's there now!) Looked on the Brother website to see if I could purchase the foot for it and there isn't one to purchase from my understanding. Not sure I would have spent that much if I knew that before hand. It is a great machine if thats all you are looking for.

I love this machine. I've gone embroidery crazy. I don't have a t-shirt, pillow case hem, sweatshirt or towel that doesn't have a design on it. It's a GREAT hobby.

Excellent embroidery machine
Excellent embroidery machine. You simply cannot get a better package of functions at this price point. I already have the Brother HE1 so there was little to the transition.I love the 5x7 hoop, it allows for so much more freedom of design choice. Even being familiar with Brother machines, I took the time to read the Operation Manual.A great many problems that people have had(not all) are because they aren't reading the directions. My machine had very tight tension right out of the box. Page 64 of the manual and 15 minutes had everything adjusted and balanced top and bottom. I have been able to stitch out freestanding lace, embroider tablecloths and get a jump on my Christmas list in the month that I've had it. Do make sure to vacuum the machine frequently. If lint builds up in or under the bobbin case it will give you problems.And most of all, don't forget to have fun!

My husband ordered it as his Christmas present one week before Christmas and it arrived the following day! Wow,fast! I did not open it until after New Year. I mainly wanted this to personalize items for my business, it works so well. I love it!!
