Love my brother sewing machine
Still haven't used it to much, but for a beginner at embroidery, I am loving it so far. Love my brother sewing machine, so I don't think I will be disappointed with this brother machine either. It does not come with any thread or stabilizers, and just one hoop, so just be aware of that when you buy it.

I have the brother pe-400 and now have this machine. Love them both but really love having a 5x7 format! Love the ease of the machine and the quality of work. Read many reviews prior to purchasing and I'm glad I took the plunge and bought it. No negative comments from me.

Love my Brother pe770
Love my Brother pe770. Use it everyday. I was a beginner when i received this machine and it was very easy to learn. Watched a few videos on youtube on using it,and i was embroidering in no time. Love it!

Love this machine!
I have been working on the Brother PE-770 for about a month. I had an initial learning curve, but once I figured out all the ins and outs of the machine, it has worked flawlessly. I did have some problems learning to secure the 5X7 hoop to the machine. I bought an extra set of hoops which seem to fit much better. I have spent many hours embroidering on my new machine, and I am amazed at the beautiful work that it produces. I consulted my local quilt shop for help on embroidery for stretchy knits, but once I had the correct stabilizer material, and learned to use a "floater" on top, that too became easy. I would definitely recommend this machine!

Brother 770
I have really enjoyed using my new brother embroidery machine. I am very familiar with Brother products and have enjoyed all of them without exception. It would be nice if the screen were a little larger so that the pattern would be clearer; however, I can live without that. I often use seu software or ambassador pulse software to change size and angle, but many things can be done with the machine and no software. The flash port is nice, and using it results in not needing to have my computer running the entire time I am embroidering. I look forward to many years of use.

i am a complete beginner,, this machine was perfect for me.. i had no idea what direction was up and i jumped in and couldnt be happier. i use youtube to watch tutorials.

PERFECT for Beginner. Walks you through everything!
I bought this machine knowing literally NOTHING about embroidery. I have been delighted at how easy it was to set up. Within 10 minutes of it landing at my door, I was embroidering letters on an old button up shirt I had laying around. The manual is very clear, and tells you exactly what you need to do to make it work. I learned through some googling that my initial work was puckering because my bobbin tension ( a thing I didn't even know existed until I started looking up "puckering embroidery" ) was too tight. I popped out the bobbin case, loosened it with the included screw driver, and voila! Perfect embroidery. SO SO SO thrilled with this purchase!!!
