Scan and Cut...what a great idea. Blades are nice and sharp and work well when they are set at the correct cutting depth for the item being cut.

It's always good to have a new blade on-hand in case I have a big project and need to keep a sharp one around. This is the standard for the machine and it lasts a relatively long time, with some dependence on how often it is used.

Always have a new one just in case!

I always like to have extra blades. I use one for paper, one for fabric, and one for vinyl. Depending on what you're cutting, the blades can last a long time - or not so long! Will definitely buy again!
