Gingher 5" Classic Knife Edge Sewing Scissors

Good scissors. I don't know why, but I thought they were bigger. SHould have read the post more carefully! They are small sewing scissors.

i use these sharp scissors for craft work. I also have a pair of Ginghers Dressmaker scissors but they are too big for smaller work. it is always a delight to use a tool of quality like these little Gingher scissors.

I love these scissors! As with all the Gingher scissors I own, they stand up to the Gingher name. Always sharp and ready to use. These are the ones I put in my traveling sewing box instead of taking my little Ginghers from my sewing machine to my sewing box and back. Love, love them!

Love these scissors! I had occasion to use my moms and found them so much more comfortable than my usual snips. Took a while of watching for the price to drop but it was worth it. Makes cutting patterns, cord, edging, and threads a breeze. Having the flat blade makes a huge difference in grip comfort for me. Id readily buy again (though my mother has had hers for years and they haven't needed to be sharpened yet) .

Ginghers are the best! These were a gift for my granddaughter, who is interested in learning to sew. When I think of the scissors I used as a child, and my careful hoarding of pennies until I could afford my own set of Ginghers 30 years ago, I know she will be off to a great start.

My favorite scissors for sewing!! Can't use anything else. Stay sharp for years. As long as nobody cuts hair or paper with them. Forbidden!!

This is the best small scissors I have ever owned. I have smaller hands and this thing is just perfect for me...fits my hand, not too heavy, cuts like a dream. I cut small pattern pieces for infant clothes and all my larger scissors are just too much and too bulky. I would recommend for anyone.

I'm no tailor, or expert. I just needed a pair of scissors to use for random stuff, here or there, and got tired of using the ones I'd pick up in store, that got dull after one use. These scissors delivered. I've already abused them somewhat more than I would have my old scissors (for fear of breaking them) and they still seem just as sharp as when I got them. Would be nice if they were a bit cheaper, but in this case the quality is worth the price.
