Love these scissors. Very sharp. Great for clipping threads while quilting. Gets close to fabric without having to twist your wrist every which way, or pulling fabric away from needle. So glad I bought these. Thought I was being unnecessarily extravagant, but so glad to see these are a necessity if you sew a lot or quilt.

I was so glad when I found these on Amazon. I searched all my local stores for the 6 inch double curved scissors. I have a nice 4 inch single curve, and several snip type, but with my fingers, I had to fight with my machine to snip in the hoop. I really like these for the embroidery machine. I do not use them for any thing else.

A good purchase
I bought these to help me to cut out applique while still in the hoop. These work fabulously for that. My hoop is 5x7 and I do not have many issues with inability to cut a good line.

Perfect for snipping off that appliqué thread!
The angle really helps with snipping off the appliqué thread and for trimming the fabrics for the machine appliqué! Had a cheaper brand that dulled really quickly, this has held up over Christmas gifts!
