Great Sewing Machine for small jobs
I love this new sewing machine that replaces my Singer sewing machine that I have had since 1975, and had to repair twice before and said not again. This machine is just basic, not overly fancy, just what I needed for hemming and making adjustments to clothes. Perfect for the small jobs I do. The special package helped insure I started out with the correct tools.

I'm not a person who sews, but wanted a simple sewing machine that was reasonable and easy. I decided to trying this brand even though I never heard of it. I was use to singer machines but I like this Janome machine and I had no problem with the bobbin. It was a little intimidating at first but I did it and love it

I've been sewing for many years, but am not an expert by any means. I still have to refer to the manual on occasion. This Janome 2212 is by far the most user friendly sewing machine I have ever owned. It operates smoothly and quietly. It isn't loaded down with features I will never use, yet has everything I need, as a recreational seamstress.
