Janome Blue Tip Needles (Size 11)

These needles were a good purchase. I do like them. Although I don't see a real difference between these needles and the generic ones at the fabric stores, I purchase these because when I take my Janome machine in for service, they ask if I use other brand needles. I did have an issue with an embroidery project and it was suggested that the needle (generic) was the culprit. I seriously doubt that because I have since learned that sometimes, the machines are not 100% compatible with the patterns we purchase off the internet and won't stitch out perfectly. Thus was the case. However, I will definitely purchase again, these are nice needles.

I waited until I had an important project to try out the Blue Tip Needles- sewed on wool suiting- they do seem to improve the look of the sewing vs. universal needles, which are not as sharp. I will buy these from now on.

Love these! They seriously are the very best needles around. They fit the Janome machine I am using and are fairly universal, from what I understand, so even those who do not have a Janome machine may want to give these a go.

I use these needles because I have a Janome machine. They sew well with little problem fraying the thread. I have no problems stitching with them even when I push the envelope and use them for heavier materials.

ok, so I'm a sewing machine junkie! My Janome had been giving me some pretty poor stitches, read some reviews re: these needles, decided to try them and they WORK! good crisp stitches, even on the 'fancy' ones. Still have the $3 'universal' needles, but will use these for all projects.

Amazing! Cure for skipped stitches! I tried everything else from re-threading the bobbin, re-threading the main spool, changing thread brands, changing stitch length, restarting the sewing machine, cleaning the sewing machine, re-attaching the foot, dropping and raising feed dogs to no avail. I don't quilt anymore without these needles.

These are the best for your Janome sewing machine. I used mine making quilts and these stood up to the test.

These are my most used needle. A must have in my needle stash.

Sharp exact points. Much appreciated on fine linen on which I was embroidering. Excellent product.
