The Brother SA125 1/4" Foot is used for quilt and patchwork piecing with 1/4" or 1/8" seam allowances. Using the center needle, straight stitch position, the right front edge of this foot provides a guide for creating even ¼-inch seams for quilts, doll clothes and heirloom sewing projects. When using the left side of the Brother SA125 1/4" Foot as a guide, an 1/8-inch seam is created.

Brother SA125 1/4 piecing foot
Am pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have one. Is easier than setting stitch if you don't have a machine that saves the changes.

The foot went on my machine with ease. This foot makes it easy to keep all seems at 1/4 inch. Since most of the sewing I do now is putting together quilt tops, uniform seams are a must. This foot is really easy to use.

Sewing 1/4 inch seams just got easier for me with this foot for my sewing machine-it is so important to have seams the same size in making quilts this definitely has helped me.
