This 28mm classic stick handled rotary cutter is great for detail cutting like applique and trimming. Can be used right handed or left handed without changing the blade assembly. Blade guard is locked in place until the release button is pressed. Smaller blade size is perfect for cutting curves and smaller projects. Stick design is easy to use and very versatile.
