The Best Chair For Quilting ... The Best Customer Service!
The chair I received was actually an upgrade to this chair. It is firm and sturdy and glides easily. The lifts all work perfectly. But more than the chair being perfect for my use, I want to shout out to Tammy Wilkins, Customer Service, for her above and beyond customer service. All through the waiting period of several months, Tammy kept me apprised of the status of of my order. She was friendly and informative in each email and sympathetic to my having to wait so long. Horn of America 6 way adjustable chair
Chair is very comfortable. It was easy to assemble. It did come with some damage to fabric covering on the bottom of the seat but that was covered with the metal base....so no issue there.
