Set includes 2 specialized tools: 8 3/8in Hook Tool for raising hoop/garment, and 9 3/4in Blade Tool for cutting.

Hook Tool has a uniquely designed curved handle for easy access under the hoop/fabric. Slide underneath & pull up to raise hoop/fabric exposing the tangled threads. Gives you room to make sure you’re cutting thread, not fabric!

The Blade Tool easily cuts through the exposed tangle. Blade is replaceable, two extra carbon steel blades included!
