The Janome 1600P-QC offers many features favorable for quilting. Capable of up to 1,600 straight stitches per minute, it’s the fastest domestic machine available. It offers a generous 8.85” x 5.5” work surface perfect for larger projects, two Krypton lamps for great lighting, and the solid build of a durable industrial machine. An extension table is available to increase the workspace even more; it can also function as a long arm machine when paired with a quilting frame.

The great Janome 1600P-QC can handle both delicate and heavyweight fabrics and easily stitch through many layers. It has a knee presser foot lift, a presser foot pressure dial adjustable up to 11lbs, electronic foot control, and a sensor to prevent the machine from starting with the presser foot up.

This quiet machine has an internal motor with sealed bearings, a side-loading bobbin that can be accessed while working with a quilt frame, push button top and bobbin thread cutter, industrial pretension threading and needle threader, and much more.

An uncomplicated machine, the 1600P-QC includes the basic accessories necessary to get started right away, including a universal and hemmer foot, knee lifter, bobbin, needles, spools, and machine care tools. The bonus bundle adds a great rolling trolley case, a straight stitch foot, and needle plate for working with finer fabric.
