Spacious and looks cute.
I brought this for my daughter and her brothers sewing machine and power cords fits perfectly in the bag. The front pocket can hold a lot as for now she puts a spare pin cushion and travel sewing kit in there. A great buy and it's stylish. There is no extra padding inside but it has not been an issue for us. We mainly use it to store her machine after usage in her room.

I wanted a hard-sided case, but for the price, I bought this one in the meantime right after I got my machine. It's been worth it! I live in an apartment and it's super handy to be able to tuck my machine away and tote it from room to room. Plenty of space inside for my Magnolia 7318 (including cords/pedal) plus accessories. Unfortunately, the zipper pull fell off the front pocket's zipper, so that's annoying, but oh well.

beautiful bag, check your machine dimensions before ordering
This bag seems sturdy enough. It JUST fits my Janome magnolia 7318 (not the electronic one). The main compartment fits my machine and pressor foot (I made a bag for the pressor foot and cords. It slips into the space between the needle and machine easily.) The outside pocket fits the machine manual and supplies for a small project (pattern, couple yards of fabric) nicely. The brocade look of the bag fabric is really pretty. My only concern is the cheap-looking vinyl used to support the straps. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase so far!

Pleasantly surprised.
This bag is pretty much what you would expect--nylon with a stiff base and plastic handles. But it fits my machine and seems sturdy enough to not break at the first use, so I'm pleased, and I like the extra pocket to carry the extras one always has. The odd thing was that this was not red but blue. The packing box said it was blue, and so it was, even though the picture and description said red. Fortunately I like blue better (dark navy blue). Will review later when I've used it more.

Returning tote because it is too small for my Brother travel machine
Description stated that it fits most 'standard size' sewing machine. I have a small lightweight Brother Laura Ashley for travel and it would not fit into the case as I need another inch or so on height. Case is 12 inches tall at highest point, but it starts to taper at around 10 to 11 inches; so, if your machine takes up the full length of tote and you need the full 12 inches across, it most likely won't fit. I am returning it.
