This is the chat with Premier Stitching. I doubt it will be posted. I purchased the electric lift for my Kangaroo sewing cabinet. We tried to install the lift and it would not fit my cabinet. I called Premier Stitching and was told the lift was too large for my Bandicoot cabinet. She told me I could not return the lift or exchange it for the smaller cabinet; however, Arrow might exchange it. There was no indication at all that it would not fit the KANGAROO BANDICOOT cabinet. Our store policy is that it is not returnable. Arrow Sewing usually does not allow returns either, but you can call them and see. We mention 5 times in our listing for this item that it only fits the Wallaby, Aussie and Kangaroo & Joey. that is the brand not the cabinet name. It's a kangaroo brand and the model it bandicoot It is very misleading! The website should be specific on what MODELS it fits. It literally is specific.
